Coronavirus (Covid-19)

At Happy Days Nursery our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of the children in our care, their families and our staff. We have therefore implemented various safety measures, our ‘systems of control’, including social distancing, rigorous cleaning practices and increased handwashing. We continue to operate in full compliance with the latest guidance from the Department for Education, NHS and government briefings, together with our own comprehensive COVID-19 policy and risk assessments regarding infection control.

Advice For Parents

We understand that this is a challenging time for families, especially those looking for a new nursery due to current restrictions and guidance. However, at Happy Days we are here to support parents every step of the way and to ensure our induction procedures are as supportive as possible for every child and family. We share information about current government guidance with our families and have produced a guide for parents about what to do if your child is unwell. It is very important that families follow current government guidance and every family will sign a COVID-19 contract before joining the nursery which outlines the responsibilities that parents have to help keep our nursery community as safe as possible.
